I think this is a great scene because the idea of a mother who is a stranger raises so many possibilities.

ReplyDeleteI checked out the synopsis for this book and I am now intrigued to know just how these lines fit into the overall story, as the lines sound so emotional, yet the book's premise sounds a little chaotic and up-beat!
By coincidence, I am currently reading about a daughter who shares a home with a mother who is almost a stranger to her, although I think that the consequences in 'Don't Let Me Go' are doomed to be quite dire.
