Mailbox Monday

Only one book came into my house last week, so this is a very short Mailbox Monday post.  This is probably a good thing, because I must read more book than I acquire each week to make some space on my overcrowded TBR shelves.

Burmese Lessons: A True Love Story by Karen Connelly (from the LibraryThing Early Reviewers program -- just when I thought I was catching up on that list)

Sounds like a good one. I'll keep an eye out for your review.

Diary -- I enjoy these sorts of "random memoirs" about non-famous people living lives so different than mine. This one looks particularly exciting.

I bought this one when I was in New York...and I am so looking forward to reading it after having read The Lizard Cage by this same author (a stunning book!)

I'm playing catch up with my early reviewers books to. Some took a long time to come while others came right away so they are all here at once! Enjoy your memoir!

Wendy -- Your comment makes me want to read this even more than I did.

Beth -- I am down to three LT ER books, so I feel better than when I was way behind. I have one that never showed up, though, so if it comes, I'll have four. I'd like to be completely caught up for once.

Bermuda -- Thanks! I'll post when I start.

Suko -- Thanks for stopping by.

You don't seem to be doing too badly on your LT Early Reviewer list! I've read her first memoir (can't remember what it was called at the moment) -- this one sounds good too. Enjoy!

5* ratings on a true love story sounds good. I bet the setting is rich in detail. Enjoy!
