I have two books about walking on my TBR list: The Lost Art of Walking: The History, Science, Philosophy and Literature of Pedestrianism by Geoff Nicholson, and The Walkable City: From Haussmann's Boulevards to Jane Jacobs' Streets and Beyond by Mary Soderstrom.
